Delivery service is available to most metro area in Medan as well as its neighbouring cities everyday*
- Free delivery for addresses up to 5km from our Medan Outlet with a minimum order of IDR 100.000.
- Delivery fees may vary and are calculated based on the actual road distance# between the nearest Fresh & Press outlet and the recipient’s address on demand.
- We are able to deliver to neighbouring cities: Rantau Perapat (via overnight train) and Pematang Siantar (via private taxi) with a fee. Please contact us here for more information.
- Delivery fees for detox packages (3- and 5-day programs) will be adjusted according to the number of deliveries required.
- Two delivery timeslots available everyday (i.e. morning and afternoon).
- Due to the unique traffic condition in Medan, we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival of your delivery. However we will try our best to fulfill your selected delivery time.
- Payment must be received and confirmed the day prior to your selected delivery date (order cut off time is 6pm daily). Fail to do so may affect the actual delivery date / time.
