A minimum order of IDR 100.000 (excluding delivery fees and any surcharges) is required before checkout is allowed.
To simplify the checkout process, we have integrated with Google Maps APIs in helping address filling and delivery cost calculation.
Please enter your address starting with street name and street number in the “Full address” field. Entering company, apartment, complex and etc in this field may affect the matching results.
“Address 1” field should contain street name and street number only.
Unit, apartment, complex and the other address information should be entered into “Address 2” field.
In an event that no matching address is found, you can simply expand the “Address not found?” section under “Full Address” field to input your address manually.
All web orders can only be processed for addresses up to 15km (actual travel distance) from our Medan outlet. However, we may be able to deliver to addresses over 15km with prior arrangement. Please submit your order here and our customer representative will be in touch with you shortly.

If you choose Direct Bank Transfer as your payment method, please send us a copy of the transfer receipt via email / SMS / WhatsApp / LINE once payment is made to minimize any delay in processing your order.
For successful credit card payment, there should be no further action required from you. If our secured payment gateway fails to process your payment, please contact us for further assistance.
Our payment cutoff time is 6pm daily. If your payment is not cleared and confirmed by the cutoff time, your delivery date / time may be delayed.

We will try our best to deliver your order at your selected time slot. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will always reach out to you to arrange alternative delivery date / time.
